ABSTRACT
The “Menstrual Powder” project aims to develop an all-natural, holistic product designed to alleviate menstrual discomfort through a carefully selected combination of organic ingredients. The formulation includes fenugreek powder, cinnamon, ginger, chamomile, peppermint, almonds, black beans, spinach, yogurt, and peanut butter, each chosen for their proven health benefits and their synergistic effects on reducing menstruation-related pain, fatigue, and stress. Fenugreek regulates hormones and eases pain, while cinnamon controls menstrual cycles and reduces excessive bleeding. Ginger alleviates cramps, bloating, and nausea, and peppermint and chamomile promote relaxation and mental clarity. Almonds, black beans, and spinach provide essential minerals, while yogurt supports gut health, and peanut butter offers sustained energy. This study investigates the interactions of these ingredients to create a sustainable and effective menstrual relief powder. The product provides a natural, chemical-free alternative to conventional pain relief methods and emphasizes long-term safety through its use of organic materials. By combining traditional knowledge with modern science, the “Menstrual Powder” offers a comprehensive solution for menstrual health, supporting both physical and mental well-being.
