ABSTRACT

Positive parenting during the first three years of life is critical in shaping a child’s developmental trajectory. This article outlines evidence-based strategies for fostering physical, cognitive, and socio-emotional growth in infants and toddlers. It addresses specific challenges, including picky eating, screen time, and temper tantrums, offering practical solutions rooted in contemporary research and guidelines from the World Health Organization (WHO). By empowering young parents with actionable insights, this paper aims to promote healthier family dynamics and optimal child development.
