ABSTRACT
This study explores the multifaceted challenges of providing accessible and affordable healthcare in Tier 2 cities of Karnataka, India. It examines the impact of socioeconomic factors such as limited resources, financial constraints, and disparities in access on healthcare delivery. The study also discusses strategies to address these challenges, including patient-centric care, flexible payment options, outreach programs, and financial sustainability measures. The findings highlight the critical need for a multi-pronged approach that balances compassionate patient care with the financial realities of healthcare delivery in these settings.
