Dr. Indrajit Goswami

Indrajit Goswami, Ph.D., has more than twenty-eight years of experience in teaching, research, curriculum planning, and administration in higher education in public and private universities and colleges including B-Schools. He has developed, facilitated, and delivered different course modules, strategic plans, accreditation self-appraisals, and process improvement initiatives in a wide range of situations. In the recent past, Dr Goswami was associated with Universal Business School, Maharashtra, as Professor-HR & Director-QAA and continues to guide institutions, providing leadership development and support for strategic planning, accreditation, and administrative studies.
His PhD is in Professional Ethics and the thesis has been archived in NASSDOC, ICSSR, New Delhi. As a student, Indrajit won Central Government merit scholarship during his PG education in 1991-93. He received ASMA-Inspiring Teacher Award-2021, Best Management Faculty Award in 2015, and Excellent Researcher Award in 2018. In 2016, was appointed as Pro-Vice Chancellor of Royal University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. He has earned appreciation for successful planning, execution, and reporting for five research projects for Mumbai Police. Published books, conference proceedings, case studies, chapters in edited books, and research papers in Emerald, SCOPUS, and other reputed peer reviewed journals. Dr Goswami has guided four doctoral projects and mentored couple of DBA scholars.
