Yes. If any free course is uploaded by the instructor you can enrol for that. However, most of the free courses are available for membership plans. Hence, you, as a student will have to be an ‘active student’ and should be under either of the ‘active membership’ plans.

After purchasing a course (Single course or Subscription), you can access the courses instantly online by logging into your account.

Apparently you may think that a membership plan is just like a commitment, and the one-time purchase is of no headache. But both the plan has advantages. However, in the specific membership plan, you will get UNLIMITED access to specific courses. Depending upon featured and special courses you will have access too. Other than that, there is “Learn & Earn” program (Freelanz). Under this program, if you are open to taking any part-time project you can opt for that depending upon the projects that are posted in this “Freelanz” section by other people. We do not charge any money/commission from that. This is an open plat for freelancers and the people who are looking for freelancers to get the work done (please read out “important terms” on this). We are the mediator only to connect you with the other party. Any discussion, pricing, payment terms, quality, etc both of you need to decide. Also, there are so many benefits (and increasing) for the active membership students.

Vlearny encourages for the active engagement and completion of the courses. There are pre-defined eligible categories like purchase course directly/through affilates link, quiz completion, assignments, completion of the course etc, students/instructors will be getting the credits through points. Though these points have no cash value and/or can not be redeemed against the cash, however, one can utilise these points to purchase new courses, products or services offered by Vlearny. For more details please see our “Vlearny points credit policy” under “important terms” section.

Yes. Definitely.

Instructors have the option to create the course lesson video as live streaming (“Stream” option) and can schedule the date and time of that streaming. if the instructor chose to format the course like that, then students may ask questions during that period of time and you, as an instructor also can respond to those queries. Remember, that lesson only will be available at the time of streaming only, not before that.

Yes, definitely. We encourage engaging students in such activities. Instructors can create all of these while creating your course as an instructor.

Definitely. Each paid course/ membership course you complete you can download your certificate. Free courses, if any, do not provide any certificate. You can refer to our “course completion certificate” page for more information.

We believe in trust. It is highly impossible to check all instructor’s all credentials authenticity. However, we do out bit. We ask every new instructor to declare their education at the time of instructor registration. Also, we may do time to time audit to check the authenticity of the information provided by the instructors.

However, we focus on quality and value students’ opinions. In case, you have any doubts about the capability of delivering a course, you can send us an email to support@vlearny.com justifying your doubt and we will do our needful. Please note, this does not guaranty any penalty for the instructor, however, if your complaint is true then we can give the instructor an initial warning to update the correct information including updating the course, and failure to do so maybe leading to instructor’s account block.

This is true that we invest money in several recurring IT infrastructure like bandwidth, server, protecting from cyber threats, and a long list of that. Hence, this is important to encourage serious learners on the platform.

There are simply two ways of accessing any course-

1. One time buy. It means one course you buy and immediately you start learning. This course you can access lifetime, however, you need to be an “active student” in our system. It means you need to buy a minimum of one course in 12 months of time from the last course you have purchased. Example: Think that you have purchased a course on 15.08.2020, so you will be an active student until 14.08.2021. To be an active student you need to buy any new course of any amount (not a free /gifted course) on or before 14.08.2021 and you will become ‘active student’ for the next 12 months again. Hope this is a fair game to encourage active learners on the system.

2. The second way is the membership plan. as normal, any membership plan has an expiry, you will become an “active student” till you have “active membership” and/or till the membership validity.

We value our students’ credentials. Hence, you or any employer can check the certificate authenticity. Upon successful completion of the course, a certificate will be generated. Next to that, there will be a certificate code. You need to share that with your employer. Anyone can visit the Vlearny “Check certificate authenticity” page and put the alphanumeric code. Immediately, our academic certificate database will confirm the status.

If your membership is expired then you need to renew your membership.

Thanks for being a Vlearny student. We do not automatically take money from your wallet. The membership amount will not be automatically deducted at the end of every membership plan. You will be notified to renew your membership renewal time and/or also you can check your membership status in your Vlearny account dashboard.
