Conference Collaboration Rules
National/ International (Management) conference planning and collaboration for Selected quality Conference paper publications:
VLEARNY Journal is a print & online ISSN registered, J-Gate Indexed and DORI signatory. VLEARNY is dedicated for quality research and to support young talented researchers for publication of their quality work. It is a double-blind and double-peer reviewed journal.
Key points:
-1. We DO NOT charge anything for this. NO processing charge or, NO publishing fee. NO special issue charges.
-2. All submitted papers should be reviewed first by the conference owners as per this Review Report Form and then we also will do review as per our standard for the second time. VJB is double blind double peer reviewed journal.
-3. Please send the selected and reviewed conference papers (MS Word format only. Pdf format is not acceptable) latest by 30 days of conference commencement, along with Received manuscript Record form.
-4. Currently, our final acceptance: Rejection ratio is 1:2.
-5. You need to share plagiarism report with each of the manuscripts (We accept maximum of 10% plagiarism). Authors may check the plagiarism here of their research paper at a nominal fee.
-6. One MOU should be signed up with the conference institute. This signed MoU may be used for AICTE/ NBA or other regulatory purposes.
-7. VLEARNY reserves the complete editorial autonomy. Under any circumstances it can not be influenced.
Mandatory key points to follow for collaboration:
– 1. Please Print “VLEARNY” logo mentioning “Journal Partner” or “In association with” (above the Vlearny logo) for all your conference brochures/ Banners and Flyers etc for visibility. You may download logos (Full logo, Transparent logo) for your use.
-2. Please mention in Brochure/ flyer and any communication that “Selected conference papers will be published in ‘VLEARNY Journal of Business’ FREE of cost.
Special marketing support from VLEARNY side:
– Pls. share the updated brochure (after following mandatory key points mentioned above). We will advertise your conference Brochure for more visibility and lead generation. Refer this conference page for more clarity.
– NO charge for this. Completely complementary as best wishes from VLEARNY.
Sponsorship Opportunities for Institutes with VLEARNY Journal of Business:
VJB does not charge any fees for publication and/or collaboration. However, Vlearny manage the expense through sponsorships and Membership Sales.
When institutes give advertisement, we provide complementary journal copies (worth of 50% of advertisement amount).
Institutes may buy extra journal copies, and distribute the VJB journals to new prospective students, parents during walk-ins/conferences.This definitely will increase the visibility and branding which eventually helps institutes for new admissions.
Institutes, if they are interested (not mandatory), for giving advertisement may refer the sample sponsorship letter for all types of sponsorships and pricing, and the signed sponsorship agreement.
