Dr. D. Monisha holds a doctorate in commerce. She was awarded an Institute of Public Enterprise (IPE)-Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR) Doctoral Research Fellowship in 2017. She has published 25 research papers included in the Scopus List journal. She specializes in the areas of accounting, management, marketing, research methodology, banking, and finance. She has 5 years of teaching and 10 years of experience. She is currently working as an assistant professor, Department of Corporate Secretaryship, Sri Kanyaka Parameswari Arts Science College For Women, Broadway, Chennai. She received the KAARIGAI WOMEN ACHIEVERS AWARD from the Inner Wheel Club of Madras North for the academic year 2022-2023. In 2024, she delivered a scholarly and studious lecture on the topic “How to Draft the Literature Reviews” in the national Level World Record Daily Webinar Series organized by Shri Kumarswami Mahavidyalaya, Ausa, Dist.
