Abstract

Optimizing software development processes has significant implications for management, particularly in enhancing operational efficiency, strategic decision-making, and overall organizational performance. Effective management of software development projects requires a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices, and resource management. By leveraging these optimized processes, managers can improve project timelines, reduce costs, and enhance the quality of deliverables, leading to a more competitive edge in the market.

Software development is a complex process that demands efficiency, speed, and quality. In recent years, optimization techniques have gained significant attention to address the challenges encountered in various phases of software development. This review article explores the latest advancements in optimization methodologies applied to software development processes. It examines key optimization strategies, tools, and methodologies used to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve the overall quality of software products. By analysing recent literature and case studies, this review provides insights into the current state-of-the-art optimization techniques and their impact on software development practices.
